Gang Gang open Hours

We roast all our coffee locally on a Probat L12 from the 1980’s. Amongst our other bits and bobs, roasting our own gives us the opportunity to ensure the coffee we serve is sourced sustainably and ethically and roasted with quality at the forefront of our minds.

We change our House Blend seasonally, and rotate what we’re serving as Black Espresso and Filter. 

We source green beans through Caravela, Cafe Imports and Melbourne Coffee Merchants, who all provide information on the journey of the coffee, which means everything we get is traceable- the way coffee should be!
